Who this policy covers

This policy explains how All Labels & Packaging ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit this website, submit a quote request, or email us. It applies to this website only. It does not cover other companies' websites we link to, or information you share with carriers, banks, or other third parties as part of an order.

We sell to businesses. This site is not intended for personal or household purchases, and we do not knowingly collect information from consumers acting outside a commercial context.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and keep the site working.

Information you give us

When you submit the quote request form, we collect:

• Your name and company name
• Your work email address and, if you provide it, your phone number
• The product line, estimated quantity, target delivery date, and shipping state
• Any specifications or notes you type into the message field
• Artwork you choose to attach. In this version of the site, an attached file is checked for type and size and is not stored or forwarded; if we need the artwork, we ask you to email it to us directly.

If you email us directly, we receive whatever information you include in that message.

Information collected automatically

When you submit the form, our server records the time of submission and the IP address the request came from. We use this to prevent spam and abuse (a honeypot field, a minimum-time check, and a per-IP rate limit) and to investigate problems. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server access logs.

We do not use cookies, web beacons, session recording, fingerprinting, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site. Fonts are served from our own site, not a third-party font service.

Information we do not collect

There are no user accounts and no payments on this site. We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, precise geolocation, or the categories of "sensitive personal information" defined by California law.

How we use information

• To answer your quote request with pricing and lead time, and to follow up about it
• To prepare quotes, invoices, and shipments if you decide to order
• To send a confirmation email that we received your request
• To protect the site against spam, fraud, and abuse
• To keep business records and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• Service providers. Companies that run parts of this site on our behalf: our website host and serverless platform (Vercel), and our transactional email provider (Resend), which delivers the quote email to us and the confirmation email to you. They may process your information only to provide their service to us.
• Order fulfillment. If you place an order, we share what is needed with carriers and, for payment, your bank details are handled between you and your bank.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety and that of others.
• Business transfer. If the business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising scripts. Because there is no tracking to turn off, the site does not respond differently to a browser "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. If we add any analytics in the future, we will update this policy first and describe your choices.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests and related email for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterward, for a reasonable period to maintain business records and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Server and access logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting, then deleted or aggregated. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove what identifies you.

How we protect information

Traffic to this site is encrypted with HTTPS. We limit who can see quote requests, collect only what we need, and rate-limit form submissions. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us at the address below. We will verify your request by confirming details against what we hold, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. Exercising these rights will not cause us to treat you differently.

To opt out of follow-up emails about a quote, reply to any message from us and ask us to stop, and we will.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and request a copy
• Request that we correct inaccurate personal information
• Request that we delete personal information we collected from you
• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and have not in the past 12 months
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect it, so there is nothing to limit
• Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights

The personal information we collect falls into these CCPA categories: identifiers (such as name and email), commercial information (the products and quantities you ask about), and internet or network activity (the IP address and timestamp of a form submission). We collect it for the business purposes described above and disclose it only to the service providers listed under "How we share information."

To make a request, email us with "California privacy request" in the subject line. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof of their authority and may still verify your identity directly.

Children's privacy

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Where information is processed

We operate in the United States and serve the US market. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business and the site change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will make that clear here. Please check back from time to time.
